I fell backwards into a hatch on the boat I live on, and landed across the back of my hips. I was in a lot of pain right after it happenedand it didn't go away. By the time I went to see my doctor, I still felt like I was standing crooked and I was in quite a bit of pain across my lower back. I'm athletic, I work out, I normally heal really quicklythis was very unusual for me. Before I started the PNT treatments I couldn't even lift a vacuum to do chores around the house. I'm a software designer by trade but my avocation is maintaining the boats I live on. I've been in shape to do heavy physical labor on the boats. For me, not being able to lift a twenty-pound vacuum is pretty impaired. I had four PNT treatmentsby the third or fourth day after treatment, I had increased mobility and greatly decreased pain. After each treatment, the improvement was much greater. By the time I saw my doctor for the fourth and final time, I was really floating around afterwards. The only thing I could compare it to would be the major endorphin rush you get after a five- or ten-mile run. Two days after my last treatment I was pretty much pain-free. Going from where it hurt to walk to being back to normal was pretty dramatic. The thing that impressed me about the PNT device was that my doctor actually had real control over the frequency and intensity. This is definitely a treatment option I'd investigate before considering surgery or anything invasive. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful PNT was. Nancy Schimmelman
